Our Team

Linchang "Charles" Sen obtained his lawyer’s license in 2005, and has been practicing continuously for over 15 years. After the restoration of the national lawyer system, Shen first focused on litigation cases and represented more than one thousand criminal, civil and economic cases in court. Later, he focuses on handling non-litigation cases and acted as legal counsel for enterprises, providing a variety of legal services such as project establishment, business negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, equity transfer, contract review and dispute resolution.

The corporate clients that Shen has served include foreign investors, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in China, covering a wide range of industries such as service industry, manufacturing, trade and construction. Shen is also frequently invited by Shanghai local media and radio stations to provide legal advice and aids to the public in their legal columns.
